While most games are private (your group only), others may join your game if all the spots aren’t booked. “Shared” games are most common on weekends, holidays, and during our busiest times.
In “shared” experiences, teams get to work together, get extra help, and sometimes come away with longtime friendships (it happens more than you’d think). -
Nope, walk-ins are always welcome! However, we strongly recommend reserving a game in advance to ensure you can play at your preferred time. You can make a reservation by clicking here.

When you make a reservation, you will get the option to pay in full or to split the payment.
After selecting the split payment option, you’ll receive an email with more instructions to complete the split payment.

Each gift card is valid for one player in one game. Select your game, date, and time. Then, enter your gift card code in the "Have a code?" section of the payment page.
Multiple gift cards cannot be applied to one reservation.
If you have any problems using your gift card(s), please call us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund, no questions asked! We can also reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.

We recommend parking in the King St lot at 920 King St, or taking advantage of the ample, paid street parking in front of our location.

Yes! While our games are designed to be challenging and are recommended for ages 13 and up, younger players are welcome. Some puzzles may be tricky, but younger kids usually have a great time—they’re especially good at spotting hidden clues!
Children age 4 and under can come along with you free of charge!
**Important**: Please call us before making your reservation so that we can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum capacity for players.A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone who is 14 and under. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
